I am now officially halfway through my summer in Italy. It has been a wonderful experience thus far. I have been offered multiple opportunities to see marvelous architecture, churches, landmarks and art-such as the tower of Pisa. I have also become closer with all the other students that are enrolled in the course as well. I can't believe how quickly my time in Grado is going. My class takes our midterm exam tomorrow. The week in Tuscany was a much needed break from the everyday depends of multiple Italian lessons, but it was nice to return to Grado. I could tell that my host family was happy to see me. I'm looking forward to what the next half of the course has to offer!
