Leading up to the fourth, we were all a little bit sad about
missing the festivities at home. Especially since there are not many American
tourists around here, we knew that we would be the only ones in patriotic
spirit.
However, Michael and Francesca took us out to a great
hamburger restaurant in Grado so we got to have a little taste of home. The
burgers were great, andall of our class went to the beach after to celebrate
together.
This is just one of the many things that the Seamans have
done for us to make us feel more at home and also because they generally care
about us. Also, our class has gotten so close over these past six weeks that we
all have great times together. I cannot believe we leave in just two weeks, the
time has flown bye!
